Internship Duration: 8–10 Weeks
Work Type: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 Hours per Week
Track: Marketing Internship Program
About This Role
You'll work directly with ClairFi's founding team to build the brand voice that reaches high-earning professionals who are smart, overextended, and tired of being overtaxed by advisors who don't actually understand their lives. This is a front-row seat to building a fintech brand from the ground up — one that has to earn trust with an audience that can spot inauthenticity instantly.
Whether you're a Sophomore exploring your path or a graduating Senior ready to own a project end-to-end, you'll be contributing to real campaigns — not decks that live in a folder.
What You'll Do
- Draft and publish LinkedIn thought leadership content for ClairFi founders (ClairFi360 and ClairAlpha audiences)
- Support email nurture sequences, onboarding copy, and campaign messaging
- Research competitor positioning, ICP pain points, and content gaps in the wealthtech space
- Assist with or own social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and analytics reporting
- Contribute ideas to campaign brainstorms, content calendars, and launch planning
- Senior-track candidates: Build and manage a Meta or Google ad campaign from brief to performance report
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong instinctive writing — you've been told your copy is clear, sharp, and persuasive
- Curiosity about personal finance, fintech, or wealth management (you don't need to be an expert)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
- Prior internship, campus marketing role, or independent content project is a plus
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar tools is a bonus
What You'll Walk Away With
- Published work in a live fintech brand's content ecosystem
- Hands-on experience translating complex financial concepts into compelling copy
- A network of founders, advisors, and fintech operators
- A strong reference letter and — for high performers — potential path to a post-graduation role
Compensation
Performance-based stipend for all interns. Exact amount determined based on scope, class year, and demonstrated contribution. Details shared during the interview process. High performers will be considered for post-graduation opportunities.
